Umbrella Festival 2013

ZeeZe was asked to perform at The Groundlings Theatre Portsmouth in 2013.  In the video below she is dancing with a local drumming group called DrumNAtion of which ZeeZe was also a member of.
If was a great day.  The sun was shining and everyone was having such a great time, laughing and enjoying the array of acts.

International Award Winning BellyDancer

Shona is a sought after performer and teacher(JWAAD) of
Egyptian bellydance.  Shona teaches popular regular
classes and workshops  in the Dorset area
(poole/Wimborne)  Southampton, and Bristol , and  is in
demand for giving workshops and performances
throughout the uk and in Europe.. Before moving to the Uk
Shona had a successful career both as a teacher and
performer in Spain, where she owned  her own dance
studio and had dance contracts with local restaurants, tour
companies and danced in  five star hotels at weddings and
other events.

        Drum Jam

        Throughout the winter of 2013-2014 Drum Jam took place every month at the Groundings Theatre in Portsmouth.

        A very chilled out OPEN JAM and DRUM CIRCLE - anything goes type of gathering.
        
        An informal take on the big Egypt 2 Africa event. Bringing the creative community closer and building connections across dance, drumming and music. 
        
        Bring your djembe or any acoustic instrument and enjoy a jam, fun, time with like minded friends.
        
        The is event is free to attend but please do bring money for a drink, or come down to the Groundlings cafe a bit earlier and have a roast dinner and a beer, or maybe a coffee and slice of cake is more your style? its all here ! The Venue is an old 1700's building its history is very interesting and its a fantastic privately funded community arts hub.
        
        By car - The Groundlings has its own car park so you can park right outside for FREE.
        
        By train - 2min walk from the Portsmouth Harbour station.
